Android Live Wallpaper App With water drop effect

I need an Android live wallpapers app developed in eclipse. The app must have water effect and let you choose your own picture to set as live wallpapers.

The app have to have 3 activities the first is where it will say set LW. And the second activity will be the default activity for setting LW, where there will be 2 buttons.

One button for set the LW.

Second button let you navigate to another activity called settings.

Settings activity must be created too. In the settings activity the user has the option to select picture from gallary.

THE APP MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING Features.

- If touched it will give water effect like the water app in the default android phones.

I will include the image off the water LW.

- Let you choose your own picture from gallary.

Upon completion i need the source code of the app.
