I need a code or macro in image analysis software such as ImageJ, matlab etc. When I click on the outline of the shape it can create smoothly outline of the shape. And then, it can be create center line of the shape. After that it can ask how many slice do you need and sliced the shape according to input value. Finally, it can give me the coordinates of each sliced cylinder.
