Vumat for deactivate and activate elements -- 2

In abaqus standard you have the model change command. We need something similar for abaqus explicit.

What we need is to be able to:

1. remove elements (sets) in a specific step. solve.

2. reactive the elements (sets) in a latter step in a strain free state and with body forces and/or given stress condition. solve.
