Add new store view / currency for Magento on new domain

We currently have a Magento store that we are happy with - on a .[url removed, login to view] domain name with AUD currency.
We require a Magento expert to activate a new store view on a .[url removed, login to view] domain name for us, with the ability for us to add our choice of price in NZ dollars and to turn products on and off between the .[url removed, login to view] AUD store and .[url removed, login to view] NZ store.
One other small thing that needs to be done is adding the products / pricing to the confirmation email to show what the customer has purchase as it does not do this at present.
I would prefer someone with English as their first language.
I need this done quickly and need the right person to tell me what they will be doing to achieve this for us.
