Ecommerce Project for Experts (customization+modules)

Templates will be provided (PSD and theme files) I will purchase necessary themes. At the meantime am thinking of getting Magento theme. You are welcome to proposed your design fees if I pick other open source like oscommerce. Design ideas are provided.
Modification:
- Slight design layout especially on homepage
- Install and basic setup. FTP provided.
- Need customization upon checkout (the system must be able to churn out a customized Invoice: possible include shopper name, website logo, date, invoice number)
- customize shipping methods, and payment methods (paypal, cash-on-delivery..ect)
- about 8-10 static pages containing informations like how to shop, ect..
- upload about 15 products (setup all related fields and thumbnails photos)
- Member points systems, maybe after completion of the above(please quote separately if I need this?)
