Simplify Sheet Music Site - Joomla, K2, Phoca

I have some sheet music pages at

They need upgrading by the addition of a lot more content, which I will supply, and by simplification of the existing structure.

How the site Functions

1. Visitor arrives at site, either a page like this:

Or a page like this;

Visitor can search for sheet music titles and preview them in JPEG or GIF form or listen to MIDI file or MP3.

2. If she wishes to download a PDF she must first register, or log in.

3. When she registers, she is added to an autoresponder series. The autoresponder software is already installed on the server,.

4. After confirming registration, visitor is now a member. Members can upload their own sheet music.

5. To upload sheet music, members click on the “Upload Your Sheet Music” button that takes them to an upload template, similar to [url removed, login to view] You can see this if you login.

6. After filling appropriate fields, member submits and the sheet music is uploaded to a new article that gets added to the index. At the same time, Super Admin gets email informing him that member has uploaded.

Most of the functionality is there already, but it has been achieved with hardcore programming. As such, it is very difficult to edit, so I want the sheet music pages to be indexed by Joomla articles, the K2 extension . K2 is already installed on the site, and another programmer has begun to implement the project, but he is too busy to continue.

7. Sheet music searchable by title, artist, instrument or composer.

9. Several templates may be required, one each for free sheet music, premium sheet music, search results, index pages, etc.

10. Free download pages have Adsense, premium pages do not

11. Visitors must be registered and logged in to download.

12. Upon registration, members are automatically added to my autoresponder list.

13. When the visitor clicks on the play button, it will play a MIDI file of the piece in the same window.

We will start with all the pieces for flute that begin with the letter A, then move on from there.

The problem with the current installation is too difficult for me to work with, and also requires a highly trained programmer to edit, so I want simplified so that it can be worked on by the average programmer and used on a daily basis by myself.
