Java Voice Search App

I've been doing Java development since Java 1.0 and an Enterprise Architect, so I'm thinking this should be a fairly straight forward project, I just don't have the time to do it myself anymore.
In short, I just need an Android app with voice search capabilities that will find a video [or item] and return it for display.
The connection to the backend needs to be loosely coupled so that I can change the source at some point AND before the app processes the request, it MUST go through a set of business/filter rules; these rules can be stubbed out for now as I can write them later because I don't know what they are yet, so those too need to be loosely coupled.
In summary, I just need an Android app with 1) voice recognition capabilities, that will 2) perform a "query", 3) using a set of user "keywords" on a 4) datasource and return a resultset of either a 5) video, audio or text files. 6) An I will need the source code so that I can make changes if needed--but I will likely just hire the same person again to do the work because of time (I use MyEclipse as my IDE).
