Create reactjs web app with java spring boot backend mysql

Looking someone who have expertise on Reactjs,spring boot, mysql,html,css to do following

[login to view URL] role & permission management- meaning root admin can provide permission to their company users by selecting system features/permission type and content permission
[login to view URL] header and footer and content panel based on given permission
[login to view URL] should support create product and manage permission entry of the product
[login to view URL] password/reset password,user account activation funtionalities
[login to view URL] token on database
[login to view URL] allowed form where token generated device, same token can't be use to others device to login
[login to view URL] should follow the workflow-user will register and create customer and default root with each products permission, after successfully activation of the account root admin will create their respective user and provide to create role and permission and assign to user
[login to view URL] customer data should not visiable by other customer-Should be data permission and indexing of each customer data
10. Spring boot api should be accessable only provide permission assigned by customer admin (root user) to call api
11. it should be reactjs app with bootstrap/css
