I would like to hire a Korean Translator

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Jessica Chandra. I am from an Asset Management Company in Indonesia and planning on meeting with a Securities & Investment Banking company in Korea (tentatively 30-31 May or 5-7 June) to discuss potential business partnership in the English language. I will need a Korean interpreter to translate from English to Korean.

Scope of discussions will be as follows: 1) We introduce our company & explain our mutual fund/product offerings, 2) how the Korean company can distribute our products, 3) what is the client profile of the Korean company. There will only be ONE meeting and duration of the meeting will be 2.5 hours.

Kindly please advise on the following: 1) hourly rates and 2) shortest days in advance (notice) for me to book/request for an interpreter?
