Sales marketing and Customer Service Outsourcing

Looking for someone that can respond to customer queries via gmail and social media.
I usually do this myself but am very busy at not getting a chance to reply to everyone efficiently and am losing business.
Looking for advice on how i can outsource this.
The ideal person im looking for would be excellent at customer service, fluent at english and very articulate and will respond to customer fast and efficently.
I am based in Cork in Ireland (Western European Summer Time = GMT+1) and most of the queries come between 8am and 10pm
This is part time work for now and might only take an hour or 2 a day. but my company is slowly expanding and might need a sales and marketing person to get more leads especially coming up to Christmas.
