Marketing and Research Weight Loss Challenge

I have a project that requires research of best way to design a wight loss challenge website that will have A & B competing. They will have access to their profile for posting weight loss recorded. Final weight loss count will select a winner and medals will be assigned to those users. Families can compete as bunch no matter the size. Website will be like a social network profiles listing different public challenges so people could select and request competitors around the world. Of course business needs income and we need some advertisements there too.
I don;t need a web developer. I have my own software development company. I'm looking for talented marketing and research people to conduct a full report of how to go about this business and understand the approach we should follow. Thanks for applying.
