Excellent marketing proposal for advertising board

Hello every one
We thought that is good time to renew our factory building frontier but we leak some money
so another idea come up that we can sell advertising space that can face three directions in the top of our building.
keep in mind that we need a good pitch and proposal to send it for big company e.g "Oreedoo ,Omantel,PDO..."
so it must be very professional and powerful to persuade the marketing departments in this companies
now let me be clear about the price we will ask is from this companies ( one of them) is for lifetime advertisement space.
so keep it in mind when you prepare this task.
one option the board will be stationary.
other option is to be Screen type board tow side with 80% of the day time is for the sponsor company and 20% is for our block advertising
so we should include both options in the proposal.
