This is an opportunity for ongoing month to month work to continue for the future as long as the positive performance is experienced.
Payment is to be made on a monthly basis upon verification of all SEO efforts
We are looking for a SEO expert/consultant/whiz to build our organic traffic to our website. Must have prior experience and completely understand and enforce the Google webmaster guidelines including both panda and penguin.
Links must be related to our line of business. Quality of quantity.
Requirements:
+ NO ARTICLE SITES
+ NO DIRECTORY SITES/SUBMISSIONS
+ NO COMMENTS
+ NO LINK FARMS
+ All linking websites must be in English language and must have users predominently from Australia.
+ Links must not be spammy
+ One link per domain. You can't place 2+ links on the same domain.
+ Linking page must already be indexed in Google
+ Link page must be search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, etc.)
+ Page should not be excluded by [login to view URL]
+ No links from "under construction" pages.
+ No sites that will ask for money later.
+ No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING
+ No blog comment spamming
+ No ping sites
+ No links within newsgroups
+ All links must be One way non-reciprocal links.
+ Links will be from relevant websites.
+ Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.
+ Links must be in text, no graphics.
+ Links must be permanent
+ Link builder should be experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Good results will mean ongoing business for you.
+ Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified each link.
+ No links from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, Free For All websites (FFA), hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, black hat sites, article directories, forums, spam sites, webrings, newsgroups, rented or paid links, scraped content sites, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, banned sites, adult, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc. No unethical sites.
+ No Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, Flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
+ No use of blackhat software.
+ No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox.
+ No more than 25 other external links on same page where the link occurs.(No more than 25 OBL)
+ Linked pages must be visible, readable and indexable
