google adwords campaigns - repost

My website is www.got-wifi.com. We are a Hotspot or Wireless ISP authentication & billing service provider.

I need someone to help setup effective google adwords, bing and yahoo campaigns for my [url removed, login to view] website. If you need to do SEO for the website to be more effective with the campaigns then please bid accordingly.

Must do your research regarding my target market, whom my competition is, and provide explanation as to why you deserve this job and how you will help me accomplish my goal.

** I will do my research, I will find out if you have multiple accounts and have bid multiple times (like the last guy did) and will report you to admin here for this practice. Don't waste my time! **

OK, this project is going to be for SEO and Google adwords only. I am removing Bing and Yahoo from the project, if you are successful with the SEO and Google we will create a second project for the Bing and Yahoo.

I will create a milestone of 50% when I award the project and as you make progress I will release the initial milestone and create the final 50% milestone payment.
