drive female traffic to a bingo online site

i have a online bingo site i am affiliate of few bingo programs. I am looking for someone to help get me started with traffic to the site. most of the bingo players are women so its better to focus on women can be from any country USA CANADA and EUROPE (very popular at U.K)

i want this women to get to my site click on one of the affiliate bingo banner/link and start play with/for money.

4. surf must click on banner or txt or visit website by him self and check the website, no RAPE him to get in like popunder.

5. Tarrget Traffic .

6. We don't want automated traffics from auto surf sites.

7. Please don't suggest SEO,

But, you can try Video Marketing, Affiliate,Blogs,Banners or any idea you have.
