Decode H264 raw streams on the fly on iPhone

I have raw streams of H264 frames that I would like to play in my app on iPhone (app is written in Swift). There are going to be ~3-5 streams played at the same time and the view with them needs to be scrollable smoothly.
(To be precise, I'm going to have a table of ~50 streams which should be playing as user scrolls them, but only a couple of them are going to be visible at a time) .
As far as I know, Apple's AVPlayer cannot play them, moreover scrolling AVPlayers is a nightmare. Also AssetReader cannot be used to decode the frames, because it does not seem to support H264 stream on iOS.
The solution probably needs to use a software/hardware decoder and OpenGL layer to display the frames. Similar approach works on Android. Using hardware decoder is preferred.
Supported phones: iPhone 6 and iPhone 5s with iOS 8 are required to work; it would be great if iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 with iOS8 and all four phones with iOS7 could work as well.
Note about licenses: We're OK with any licenses of libraries you use which allow us to keep our source code private. That is, we accept LGPL, BSD, MIT, Apache etc. (but NOT: GPL, AGPL).
