Web scraping of real estate type site (use Python 3, deliver source code, store html and pictures in database)

We are looking for Python 3 source code that would download all the individual listings on some real estate type website. There is probably no dynamic content on the pages. (But if there is we want to store this as though it was part of the original .html.)
We want to store each listing's .html, date/time of access, url, and from url in a database. We'd like to have a flag that we can set true or false that determines whether we will store the pictures from the listing. If true, we want to store the pictures into a database (e.g., BLOB in SQL - but, we are open to other designs.) If false, we just want to store links to the pictures.
We would need to support use of proxy service. There is probably no captcha issue.
