Upload & Embed Audios + Videos On Two Mobile Websites

We have just copied over 2 mobile websites. The 2 mobile websites still contain the old audio and video content. So we need to do the following:
1). Delete old videos and audios from all pages of 2 new mobile websites (About 40 pages on each site)
2) Number the menu pages like in my mockup
3). Upload new videos and audios to [login to view URL] ([login to view URL])
4). Get video embed codes from Kaltura and embed videos and audios on the 2 mobile websites.
5). Update old text beneath and/or above new embedded audios and videos.
Our budget is $20 to $30 maximum for this very simple project.
