Looking for a webpage-writer to make a simple page that shows a Yes/No answer

Hello,
I’ve had a small website in mind. I can not give details about its name, but this is what I had in mind:
The page itself has a dark background (thinking about RGB 33,33,33 grayish). In the Center of your screen it has a title.
The title will say something like “ Should I [Redacted]?”
And below it is a simple text that answers with Yes or No, randomly every time you visit the page.
However, i would like to add more answers in the future.
So instead of only Yes and No, I’d like to add variations like “Hell yeah!” or “Yes, why not?”
It would be nice if there’s a footer that redirects to BuyMeACoffee for donations.
I’m open for other designs for the page, like additional colours and fonts.
For now, I’m only looking for Quotes. Depending on the price I have to start a small fundraiser in my friends circle.
PS: I already have the domain and hosting services.
I prefer to have no paid plugins, as this adds additional costs and the website will not be profitable.
Once I’ve found a contractor to design my website, more details about the Title for the page will be given.
