Convert a Master SKU/Product List Word document to a Excel Spreadsheet for use as a front end web form -- 2

I need to convert a Weekly Stock list that's in a WORD format over to an EXCEL spreadsheet. Currently the client is manually entering all latest specials into a word document (about 7 pages look very similar to example that i attached) then sending that out to the mailing list as a pdf. It's a very tedious slow process.
I would like to create an excel front end web form that can be used to help automate the process of creating this pdf. This pdf is created on Sunday then products are Updated Monday - Wednesday with whatever is sold. It's not actual physical stock inventory list, just more a product sku list.
Instead of the client using WORD to manually write in each fish into each field I would like them to be able to use an excel based WEB FORM that will populate a searchable drop down list using validation box composed of our Master Specials Product List column. This way they can quickly populate the fields with any fish in the inventory sku/product list and once that's done I need an export button to create the Weekly Stocklists PDF.
I need this done tonight. Don't respond if you can't work tonight. This is on a deadline guys.
