Wordpress Expert (Long-Term Working)

I am looking to build a long term relationship with a wordpress expert. I have a small project now that I need to complete, it is customizing the wordpress backend so admin can add/edit/delete content without any html knowledge. I will use this project as a way to determine if we should continue working together. I will pay by the hour. I need this project completed now (should take 3-4 hours max), so if you cannot work on this project NOW with me please do not place a bid. I have ALOT of work to complete so this is a good opportunity for someone looking for regular work.
