Hello, I am looking for a capable designer to be able to design me a website based on the example website:

If you look at that website then that is basically 100% of what I would want just a better or more simple design. More details when a capable designer is found.

Features needed in design.

Sign In/Register system. This system will show users there recent payments and billing info. and ability to upload proof of ID/Picture.
Payment processing with buying the gold.
Admin system to be able to change gold selling prices and see recent payments and lookup buyers by there user/email.


Max project price will be 300$, Cannot do anything above that price line.
