REPOST: Graphic Redesign - URGENT and QUICK easy job

Need graphic redesign of my header graphic at http://adtrackz.com. (and general designer for all future work)

Requirements:

-make it at least 300-400 pixels wider

-you can use same elements/style/color scheme as current header graphic (sorry, no psd available)

-you can use same basic idea, however, it needs to say "Adtrackz 2013 Updated Edition - Track Everything Faster!" as tagline, near bottom right

-update menu buttons: Order Now | Try It Now | Affiliate Program Tracking | Make Money | Contact Jonah

ON A BUDGET I may not pay as much as you'd like right now, but after my promotion and raising money,

the next job I will pay what you want. And I'll keep you in mind for all future projects. I have a busy 2013,

I'm rebuilding my entire business.
