Real Estate Swap Logo and icons

If I had to use keywords, then: loud yet elegant, bright, memorable, modern, comic, wild, sophisticated. The image also needs to portray somehow that we are all about freedom and exchanging assets. I personally like light bright colors full of life, although I admit our site lacks that.

It looks like the size of the logo should be around 440x70 to fill the space where the current one is and you are welcome to bring in new colors to brighten up the site.

Here's our swap proposal to any graphic designers.
