Need a Web Page Mockup Designed

I need a mockup of a webpage designed. I have the Logo already designed. I just want 1 page and after it is completed and approved, we can move on to the other pages. I also have another website I need this done for as well. So basically, whoever I award this project will most likely get the next one as well.
I want this mockup to be able to be converted into a working webpage. WordPress is fine, as long as I can ad and take away things within the webpage. Also, I am going to need to add hyperlinks and ads also so if WordPress is capable of this, then that is fine.
I would like this done quickly, but professional looking. I have the logo that I will provide.
This1 page mockup but this will grow into a larger opportunity as I would then want you to design all of this website and also another one I am getting ready to build after this one is completed. I also need a Graphic Designer for my printed magazine as well. So there are a lot of opportunities coming from this one simple project.
I am looking to award and start work asap.
