Ebay shop development - open to bidding

Hi-can u help me design my ebay shop page-or do it for me? Could you help me or make one or download a free one for me-a template, for me to base all my international listings on. In my listings I would like to be able to have-an international post calculator, combined shipping calculator and an international clothing size converter for women, with this, could my listings fall into the correct country size category of each international ebay website? I would also like a paypal combined items trolley and checkout-with pricing automatically calculated, to include items price, items total price and combined shipping for their country?

From my understanding to put extra pictures in an eBay description you have to turn the description first into a html type-so if you did this for me and I used the same templates for all my listings-could I copy and paste new info from a word document into each items description? If not please tell me how you would proceed in giving me the ability to make new listings by myself? And I would like a picture slide ability set up, one that I could learn to put new pictures in with each individual listing? Well with your help, if you can, till I find my way round?

Can you do this,is what I’m asking really expensive? Would you need my personal information, like eBay and paypal passwords? Could you give me an estimate of cost?

If we did work together I would ask a commitment from you, from now on, for any assistance I may need updating my shop and items, of course I would pay you accordingly? Could you commit?
