Design some banners for me

Hello Guys.

we need a photoshop designer who can work for long time. You must have creative ideas. we will just tell you subjects and will show you some samples. then you have to make attractive designs yourself. we will pay you $1 for one banner from starting. Later time if your work will be good then we can pay you more. This is a long term work and we need to hire someone permanently.
