Design a one page flyer/brochure

Basic graphic design work needed.

I need a relatively simple one page flyer created.

I have the text, logo, and color scheme. You will take the info I provide and create a 2 mockups of a flyer design.

Nothing too fancy, but does need to be professionally and have nice yet subtle use of design elements, nice treatment of text, etc.

If you want to send a sample to some one page brochures you have designed, there is a good chance I can use a template of something you have done in the past.

Work should not take you more than 2 hours. I will pay 30-40 for this project.

When you bid, please tell me how quickly you will be able to complete the mockups.
