Create a computer generated graphical image

I need a computer generated static image that shows the ocean, seafloor and a number of ships, oil rigs etc. An example has been attached and the quality needs to be exactly the same as in the example image. In the image I want, there will be approximately 12 components (ships etc) and I will provide reference images that can be used to create the computer generated components from.
Also, preferably, each component (ship, oil rig etc) should be a separate .png so that each of these components can be manipulated using PHP but need to look like they are all one image like the example.
I need to see previous work done or your portfolio before accepting any bids. Ask anything for clarification.
