Build a Website - Bitcoin escrow system

I require a Bitcoin escrow marketplace to be built in PHP

- Bitcoin is the currency used to buy,sell, or bid meaning I need full bitcoin wallet integration into the marketplace. Users can see their bitcoin wallet address and send coins to and from this wallet and have it reflected in their balance . A good looking user interference.

- User backend split into two tiers:

BUYER ACCOUNT: to manage purchases, view their bitcoin balance, update personal details etc

( there should be unique id when buyer registers and when he submits bitcoins to the websites so that in buyer pannel there should be a clear value of submitted bitcoins )

SELLER ACCOUNT: add items for sale, view their bitcoin balance, update personal details etc

(selller will not receive money until the deal got completed and buyer got satisfied he will receive only notification and email notification after the submission of bitcoins by the buyer )

- Admin backend to manage all users (be able to suspend/delete or upgrade status), bitcoin wallet balances, listings, categories for listings etc

- A fully bitcoin based escrow market where users can feel safe.

- Good designs - I love the graphics and designs try to make out the panels of users super awesome in look

- The main amount by the buyers will be submitted to the website owner means ME and will released by my permission until the deal is not completed

- Admin needs to automatically take a % commission from all sales to a separate bitcoin address. Commission % can be edited for each user if required

- HIGHLY SECURE - this marketplace cannot be open to any SQL injection or other common attacks. I will be commissioning a security expert to pen test prior to launch

note 3 : i have already purchased hosting and domain and i have pleask admin panel in my hosting plan.

note 4 : The website should be running in my server with the availability of all databases

note 5 : i will not pay you by just watching your demo on your server (because it is not necessary that the thing you are showing at your server will run on mine )

note 6 : work and code everything on my server so that i can also check the updates.

note 7 : Don't worry about anything the hosting access should be in your hands and i am not running anywhere.

note 8 : if you work well then you will get chance to create my next project which is based on e-com site on btc

note 9 : Don't worry about your wage or fee because i know how it costs. I will pay you more than your expectations.
