The following project will replace MORIAH Cooperative's current website ([login to view URL]) with a new and improved Wordpress site, hosted on Amazon AWS. The site needs to provide the following:
• Mobile enabled
• Windows, Mac, Linux enabled
• IE, Safari, Chrome, Firefox support
• All objects SSL enabled
• Site shall perform with a reasonable response time
• SEO enabled with a minimum of geocoding, meta tags, etc…
• Webmaster tools including sitemaps, image compression,
• Applications for job posts
• Volunteer registration
• Participant registration
• Event registration and workflow (with email messaging) using [login to view URL] (Do we have the ability to save registrant profiles for future event registrations?)
o Mentors, Adult Volunteers, Participants, Siblings, or Service Providers Register for a listed event

♣ Goals for the child
♣ Required Support
♣ Designate private pay or scholarship request
o Pre-Approval process before registrant is approved for the event
o Prior to Approval collect information contained at [login to view URL] and collect payment, deposit or scholarship code and then approve
o If not approved, provide message feedback via email why not approved
• Donation management integration with Paypal and collect information related to donor
• Program content page
• Newsletter archive
• Contact us page
• Volunteer training page with videos
• About us describes the organization’s story, board of directors, advisors
• Links to social media
• Maintain url formatting and DNS mapping to respective pages (e.g. [login to view URL], [login to view URL])
• Integrate organization images throughout site which will be provided to site developer
Project will be broken down into phases requiring client approval for each milestone:
1. Requirements collection
2. Design phase with wireframe
3. Implementation on Amazon AWS
4. Testing of site functionality
