NBA OVER/UNDER LIVE STATISTICS TRACKING PROJECT
Seeking to have an excel spreadsheet file created that will track all the games in play during a particular day and display certain information. Most of the information can be received from the NBA's website from the section "Scores & Schedule". The URL that will be important to display this information is in the form of; [url removed, login to view] (whereas /20131018 relates to the specific date of what games are being played on that particular day). A portion of the information displayed on this page must be displayed in the excel file. I have provided an image displaying exactly how it should look. It includes everything that should be displayed plus additional information that will be calculated. The main information that must be calculated will be the PPM (points per minute) and Pace (estimated total points scored at the end of game based on ppm).
T - Total points scored
RT - Remaining time left in game
PPM - Points per minute
P - Pace
To the far right of each game feed is a grey box. This box will be used to fill in the Over/Under number for that particular game. The pace box also has a grey background box and the number in the box will change as the pace goes up and down. If the estimated pace is less than the over/under number, it will be red. If the estimated pace is greater than the over/under number, it will be green. The excel file must retrieve the data from the NBA website and update it in real time. The mathematics for calculating the fields to be filled in are very basic. Here's how they work;
*NOTE: EACH QUARTER IN BASKETBALL IS 12 MINUTES
*NOTE: SECONDS MUST BE CONVERTED TO MINUTES (example: 31:46 = 31.77)

HOW TO CALCULATE PPM (POINTS PER MINUTE)
TOTAL POINTS SCORED (HOME TEAM + AWAY TEAM) / TIME PLAYED = PPM
EXAMPLE;
MEM 59 VS ORL 54 3Q - 4:08 REMAINING
(total game time remaining is 12:00+4:08)
(time played = 48:00-16:08) = 31:52
113 / 31.87 = 3.546

I would like to have this setup displayed in an excel file, although if it can be created to run as a webpage that will also work. I have hosting so the coder will only be required to create the html file(s) as I can upload them to my own hosting account. This project may NOT be outsourced, and I would prefer communication with the coder using SKYPE. Interested candidates please apply.
