Finish the menu bar for my website

This task is to finish the menu bar for my website. You will do the following:
- Resize the icons for my menu bar. The image size and image background sizes should be the same. At the moment they are all a bit different so they need to be standardised. This will require work in photoshop/paint.
-Add the icons to my website in the exact place specified to accompany the different menu category names (the icons will go above the menu category names).
-Use CSS etc. to ensure that the icons change colour from black with a white background to white with a black background when a cursor is hovered over them
-Space the menu out better across the width of the page (at the moment it is a bit squished)
-Perhaps add a couple of style tweaks so the menu resembles the menu bar on a specific website that I will provide the link to.
PS the site is in Joomla. So please only bid if you are familiar with this software and completely comfortable using it.
