Developer for Joomla/Virtuemart for ongoing project

About a year ago we entered into an agreement with a development firm to develop a joomla website integrated with viruemart and a custom design tool. The website was to take three months to build, and here we are are year later still not live. The firm has had some staffing issues and is now unable to complete the work we require to go live.
We are looking for a developer to help us work out the current issues with the site, and then to be our go to guy/gal for any future projects. We really want to find someone we can have a long term relationship with.
The site is very close to being ready to launch however, we have some outstanding issues which need to be addressed:
1. We need our registration form to be redesigned. We know exactly what we want and can provide a layered PSD of what it should look like. We are not adding custom fields, just changing the look and feel of the page to be in line with the rest of the site.
2. During check out we allow users to select form a variety of shipping options. We would like three headers placed over the three options, Free, Guaranteed, Non Guaranteed
3. There are general coding issues through out the site. The site should render properly in all browsers, currently it does not. Many of the pages are sloppy. The CSS would need to be adjusted to make the pages render properly and consistently across browsers.
I believe these to be relatively easy tasks for an experienced developer. Please message me and I will send you a link to our development sever so that you can get a solid idea of the work we will need/be requesting.
We can contract with you at fixed prices for projects or hourly rates. We just need to get this project done. We are looking for someone who is going to do good work and charge a fair price.
