Hi all,
I need with urgency a small site to process payments with credit card.
features:
authenticate the admin user
create an simple invoice(name,email, amount, comments) based on a template
email client with the invoice and unique link to make the payment.
allow the client to pay the invoice and mark it as payed in the admin section
notify the admin of the payment (email)
notify the client of the payment (email)
I'm flexible with the technology,
ideally mysql-php(any framework)
the payment gateways :

and maybe [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]
make sure you are confortable with both API
