We are looking for someone who can help us to improve our Branding & Corporate Identity for our company, which is a printer company. We need someone who can undertake this project, someone who can create our Corporate Identity, Corporate Presentation and Distribution Guide. We have been able to put something together in the past, but there is need for a touch of elegance and professionalism given the kind of clients we are trying to attract. We need some help to glamorize make our 3 projects to make them interesting as well as professional. As we are in a very technology advanced industry, we need for our corporate identity & branding to reflect the same ideals.

1. Corporate Identity Template for PowerPoint

We are looking to create a consistent, professional and elegant corporate identity. We need someone to help us create a template, which can be used repeatedly. Below are some of things that need to be in the template so that we can adjust and use as and when we need it. We will provide a sample of what we have previously done with our new logo and branding needs. We need a 20-page template.

We will need the following to be included:

3. Distribution GuideWe are looking to create a distributors guide as we sell only through distributors and do events through them. We will need a much larger scale corporate sales kit. It will be more of a booklet with details similar to that if you buy a franchise down to the very last detail. This will be given to all our distributors. So what we are looking at is something that has the following:

1. Company Profile- Information the same as above presentation but summarized (2pp)

2. Products (4pp)

3. Brand Guidelines - colour codes, logo etc (2pp)

4. Presentation Packaging (4pp)

5. Event Guidelines - minimun size booth, booth layout, requirements for events, logo placement, attire, number of printers based on event etc (8pp)

6. All Marketing support that we can provide - collaterals, banners, merchandise, etc (4pp)

7. In-store details - how they place our ads, posters, etc (4pp)

8. How the distributor has to work with the Kevvox brand - logo placement with distributor logo etc (2pp)

4. Best Practices Guide

We need to create a best practices guide following the same theme as the above projects that show case the best way to use our printer etc. I can send you a sample of what we would like to follow so that you can get a better understanding of what we need.

5. Case Study Template

Using the same design and format for the other projects, this goes into the case study template (Word Doc / PDF)

6. Product Brochure Template

Using the same design and format for the other projects, this goes into the product brochure template (Word Doc / PDF)

7. Microsoft Word Template - to be used for external documents e.g. Survey forms, Feedback forms

Using the same design and format for the other projects, this goes into the word template (Word Doc / PDF)

8. Newsletter Template (EDM)

Using the same design and format for the other projects, this goes into the EDM template (EDM Format)
