Need Web Designer for New, Sleek Web 2.0 Style Design

I am in need of a professional web designer who can create a sleek and modern design that is NOT "corporate" looking. The style I'm looking for is a web 2.0 style, with header, navigation area, and content area. Also - a logo for the site is also needed. (logo styles I like: [url removed, login to view] and an icon kind of like this: [url removed, login to view] ) This is the general layout/structure of the page that I'm looking for... Note that these are the exact colors I want, but just the general idea in terms of structure/layout of the page. See this screenshot for a skeleton: [url removed, login to view] The main page (homepage) will have the general structure as the screenshot above. Then, each underlying page will have the same main template, but will just have different content in the center table. For a color scheme, I like blues, blacks, silvers, greens, oranges. Do not use reds. Also - I typically like greens or oranges as accent colors. I do not want this to look "corporate", but rather it should be somewhat "fun" , but still professional. The web 2.0 style is a good feel to guide your design from.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
