New business seeking a logo design and business cards for our business. The name of the company is "People & Property". The logo should incorporate themes of property, networking, people, etc. The business owners like the colours blue, white, green, but don't want to pose too many ideas though. Overall, we want a professional looking logo to match our property deals business. The logo should include an image and the words "People & Property"
We are developing a static html site too which will incorportate the same theme, so if the applicant wishes to include a simple (uncluttered) static html page design including the logo plus a tag-line such as "we help people do deals", etc then this would be advantageous.
We would like people to apply and suggest ideas of what they would create.
Outputs: logo in several formats - raw (such as in photoshop format or similar), high quality bmp, jpg, and cut down sizes ready for web. We would like the business cards in a raw format with text easily editable (perhaps MS word or similar)
attachments: we've attached a sketch of something we came up with in black and white quickly. This may or may not be what we were looking for, but thought to include it.
