We are looking to create a "One Sheeter" Brochure TODAY. I'm looking for someone who can get on the project immediately and provide some comps immediately. I am hoping to make 1-2 edits and then accept a final design today.
The one sheeter will be similar to these:

for our company
Our logo and stationery are attached as jpg to give a sense for our look, we also have AI, EPS, PDF, and PSD.
Also, the following images are the sorts of images that we would like to use in the brochure.

On the front we want one main copy area, a "sidebar" area and a couple of "highlighted quotes" (pulled out of text).
On the back we will have 3 or 4 bios on our people along with headshots of each person.
We want some design, but not TOO much. We want the presentation to look classy and understated, but not boring.
I can provide more resources: fonts and copy (text) once I choose a company/person. We will have more design work in the near future.
