Banner ad - Photoshop image edit for shimmering effect of necklace

Hi,
We need to create 2 banner ads in html5 and just need someone to create some frames of the necklace with shimmering effect which we will be looping continuously.

Banners attached.
We will be doing fade in fade outs and looping so you can try exporting to animated gif as well if needed.
1. Background + necklace + bulgari and eternal text appears - necklace shimmers
2. One liner appears below - fade in
3. Outline inner glow fades in and out once.
4. necklace continues to shimmer.
PSD required as we have to slice out and code in HTML5.
