51204 Logo cleanup- MS WORD / PDF

My logo was created in an old program and is looking rough around the letters. I just need it re-created in the font: Eurostyle (Eurostile) Extended #2. The logo is just the company name, no graphics. It's Silver letters sitting on a silver box with black lettering inside the box. This should take about 5 minutes. I need it in MS WORD format and PDF format, so I may put it on top of my Fax letterhead and emails.
