Style Infowindow with kml files

I am using Mike Reumer maps plugin to load maps on a joomla site.
Need to implement infobox or snazzy info window.
My goal is the infowindow looks as the image attache and all perfectly aligned with the marker. The css is done already.
New ideas to end up with same result are more than welcome.
