Need a smartsheet to monitor jobs

I need a smartsheet built in order to monitor all the jobs and their current status. Each stage has a team member allocated to it and using the email notification facility of the smartsheet I would like the team member to be notified when their task is ready to start and when their task is due, then overdue.
I required the smartsheet that can automatically prompt the allocated team member to carry out their job within the dates allocated for each task. The smartsheet should also give an overall status for each job as well as status for each task.
