I am looking for a subtitler who can handle a number of languages for me.
I will have the transcription later on tomorrow and it is a 5 min video.
this project has changed. I now need one video to be time coded only. The video is in Spanish and already has English subtitles, I have already translated the subtitles, I just need the time coding in an srv file.I need this quickly.
