Need Admin site for ALREADY MADE WEBSITE. WITH Reg. AND USERPAGE EASY FASTJOB SIMPLE AMATEUR WORK

Hello I have my site I need to improve. NOTE SIMPLE THINGS therefore the price is so low. This page is already done I need you just make an Admin page to me for different things and linking it with MySql. When you do this you must comment your code. And will you help me UPLOAD it on a cheap host that you can recommend so I buy the place. The admin page should be able to: * Create User * Remove Users * Edit user points * Edit User On page USUAL, there must be: * Login Page * Creating user page Image-upload should work * A Top Ten list of highest points to be displayed alongside the Games. Then there must be at Profile Page / User should be able to search users and add them as friends and to send them message. simultaneously, one could remove friend / message also. Everything has to be commented on and should work in both IE & FIREFOX & GOOGLE CHROME IF you are commenting on programming already on hand, you get bonus money as well as I want you to do.
