Email List/Survey System

Help us identify and setup a SAAS system to build and survey various email lists. To start we will have a small list, but it will grow into the thousands by year 2. We have been using Mailchimp for free and it doesn't seem to have the functionality we are wanting.

The system must be able to:

~ Have multiple lists with sub-segments based on signup form inputs

~ Have auto-generated emails based on list and segment membership

~ Have the ability to text list and segment members

~ Have the ability to survey list and segment members with survey responses adding new segmentation

~ Be able to send an unlimited number of emails (campaigns/texts)

Ideal but not necessary

~ Have the ability to document reports from surveys with graphs/charts etc. (if not we can just export data to another tool for reporting)

~ Have the ability for someone to signup to multiple lists and not duplicate if the same message is going out to multiple lists

~ Have the ability for users to be able to have profiles that allows them to manage the lists they're on

~ Have the ability for someone to upload a photo for their profile

~ Be able to embed forms into our existing Squarespace website (or else consult with us on other options such as landing pages through the SAAS)
