Build a DotNetNuke website after converting PSD to skin

Need to convert my PSD to a DotNetNuke Skin/Template.

Create a homepage and Inside page.

The design on PSD has a Homepage and an Inside page . The inside page is little different from the homepage

Build the Skin + include contents of the home page.

Provide an inner page skin have header and footer in order to add inner pages in the future.
