Virtual Assistant for Lead Generation and CRM Data Entry

D Lynch Capital provides top-of-line rental assistance for clients in South Florida. This role will work hand in hand with the owner to assist with real estate operations and client screening for rental properties. Your main responsibility will be replying to warm leads over a messenger service and conducting the initial screening according to a simple process to identify potential clients. Additionally, you will support us with various operational tasks, such as preparing contracts and coordinating property viewings. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replying to hundreds of messages per day using a pre-designed script using copy and paste
- Updating our CRM software with new and existing client data
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy is maintained
- Potentially assisting with other administrative tasks as needed such as setting up appointments and preparing contracts
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with data entry and CRM management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in instant messaging platforms for efficient communication
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Any additional experience with administrative tasks would be a bonus.
Requirements:
-Fluent in English
-Strong Wi-Fi Internet Connection
-Quiet place to work
-Have to own a computer that is stable without big issues
-Is available 7 days per week
-Hours are 7AM-9AM, 11AM-1PM, and 6PM-8PM but there can be some flexibility.
-Hard-working and self-efficient
-Looking for someone that wants to join a great team for a long-term role
-Spanish-speaking and South American location are preferred
