Business Info Directory Builder Team

We require a team of data entry people for building various custom business information directories for us. You will manage this team and be our sole point of contact for relaying instructions to your team and handling and checking their work. You and your team will be given clear instructions (both written and video training) on how to do this work.
Initially we will commit 100 hours to you and your team for 1 week. If the full 100 hours are worked in one week and your team's productivity is good then you will get the rest of this project (approx. 200-300 hours of work) plus other future data entry projects.
You must have a team who (collectively) can commit at least 100 hours per week on this project. For instance, if you have 5 team members and each member does an equal amount of work, then each team member must be willing to do at least 20 hours per week on this project (5 workers x 20 hours each = 100 hours).
DO NOT BID IF YOU INTEND TO BID A LOW RATE PER HOUR TO GET HIRED AND THEN ONLY ACTUALLY WORK A FEW HOURS PER WEEK.
