484439 make the website Internet explorer Compatible

Hi everyone,

I got a website which looks great on firefox,opera and safari but it looks a bit messy on internet explorer.

I want someone to fix my website so it will look good on I.E 5.5+ to 8 (write a css code for IE)

Right now some function not working on IE. use latest firefox to check the link.

Text shadow not working as internet explorer not supporting that. (page title, main page blue bar text, footer text)

PNG IMAGE file problem,

CSS NAV BAR looks messy compare to firefox

Resolution problem (I need script that will display 75% (zoom out so it will fit everything) when the user use the resolution which is 1024 to 1280 or less)

I want you to probably create a new CSS file for IE 5 + and call it when the user use IE platform.

It is very important that the website should maintain the look and quality. Check it on XP to make sure it works good.
